CORE DEVELOPMENT RESOURCES

All CORE members are encouraged to continue to pursue spiritual and leadership development opportunities. We want to ensure that we are continuing to grow and be our best for the people that we lead. 

It is expected that all CORE members will pursue at least one development opportunity each quarter. Suggested development opportunities include the following:

Re-taking one of the Crossroads CORE courses:

          1. Participating Membership
          2. Small Group Leadership
          3. Spiritual Gifts (Network Serving Seminar)
          4. Contagious Christianity
          5. Christian Fundamentals
          6. Pastoral Care
